Accessibility Statement

Effective 1 September 2026 · Last updated 1 September 2026

Desk Pilot wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. This page explains where we stand and how to tell us when we fall short.

1. The standard we work to

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are the widely accepted benchmark for making web content perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.

2. What we have done

  • Every image on the site carries descriptive alternative text, so screen readers can convey what is shown.
  • Pages use a single, correctly ordered heading structure, so they can be navigated by heading.
  • Text and background colours are chosen for contrast against our brand palette.
  • The site is responsive and reflows for small screens and for magnified viewing.
  • Interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard.
  • Layout is built with semantic HTML rather than images of text.

3. Known limitations

We want to be straight about the gaps rather than claim more than we can support.

  • Our booking calendar is a third-party embed. The consultation scheduler on our contact page is provided by HighLevel, and its accessibility is largely outside our control. If it does not work for you, please call 623-294-9505 or email sales@deskpilot360.com and we will book your consultation directly — no form required.
  • We have not completed a formal third-party audit. Our conformance claim is based on our own review, not an independent assessment.

4. Another way to reach us

If any part of this website prevents you from getting what you need, you never have to fight with it. Call 623-294-9505 or email sales@deskpilot360.com and a person will help you directly, whether that is booking a consultation, answering a question or reading you information from a page.

5. Tell us about a problem

Reports of accessibility barriers genuinely help us fix them. When you get in touch, it speeds things up if you can tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology and browser you were using — but please do not let missing details stop you from writing.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and to tell you what we plan to do and when.

6. Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a one-off project. We review it as we add pages and features, and we treat reported barriers as defects to be fixed rather than requests to be queued.
