Tell us how your calls are handled today. We will show you where new-patient opportunities are being lost and what covering them would look like for your practice.

What happens on the call

  1. Your current setup

Call volume, opening hours, who answers now, and what happens when they cannot.

  2. Where the gaps are

We identify the hours and call types where opportunities are most likely leaking.

  3. What coverage would look like

The hours we would cover, how booking into your software works, and an honest view on fit.

Request your consult

Text message consent (optional). The booking form below carries two separate text message consent boxes, neither of them pre-ticked. The first opts you in to messages from Desk Pilot LLC about your enquiry, your consultation and your account. The second, entirely separate, opts you in to marketing messages about webinars, offers and product news. Tick either, both or neither — you can book a consultation without ticking anything, and consent is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. You must be 18 or older. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

Before you book

Questions worth clearing up first

Is the call a sales pitch?

It is a review of your call flow. If the volume or the fit is not there, we will tell you on the call rather than after you have signed something.

What should I bring?

Your approximate weekly call volume, your opening hours, and the name of the practice management software you use. Nothing else is needed.

Do you discuss pricing on the first call?

Only if you ask. Pricing depends on the hours and call types you want covered, so we usually establish those first.

Can you cover more than one location?

Yes. Multi-location groups can run one consistent standard across every practice, with scheduling rules set per location.
